Coronavirus Cases Hit 10,000 as 379 More Test Positive

Coronavirus cases in Kenya have hit the 10,000 mark today after 379 people tested positive.
The new cases now bring the total number of infections in the country to 10,105.
According to Health CS Mutahi Kagwe, the new cases were recorded from 7,050 samples that have been tested in the last 24 hours.
Of the 376 cases, 253 are male while 126 are female.
Additionally, the the number of recoveries has increased to 2,881 after 49 more patients recovered and were discharged.
Nairobi recorded the highest number of new Coronavirus cases with 209, Kiambu 49, Busia 38, Migori 19, etc.
On a sad note, one patient succumbed from Coronavirus, raising the total fatalities to 185.
